RESOLUTION NO. 881 .

WHEREAS, the City Council of the Gity of Paris ha.s heretofore entered
into a lease agreement of the properties belonging to the City of Paris, known
as the Pa.ris Fairgrounds, with the Red River Vall ey Exposition, Inc., for a
period of ten (10) years, with the option of renewal for a period of ten (10)
years; and,
WHEREAS, the Boys Club of Paris, Inc. is desirous of leasing; from
the Red River Valley Exposition, Inc. a tract on the South West Corner of
said Fairgrounds, being a tract 300 feet North and South from Hickory Street
to Center 5treet and 220 feet East and West on the East Side of 4th Street,
N. E., for the purpose of erecting a Little League Baseball Diamond and
Boys Glub Playground thereon, for the same period of time tha.t is provided
for in the lease between the City of Paris and the Red River Valley Eacposition,

BE IT R.ESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARLS,
That the City of Paris does hereby grant its consent to the Red River Valley,
Exposition, Inc. to ma.ke such sub.lease to the Hoys Club of Pa.ris, Inc:., for
the term provided for in the lease now held by the Red River Valley
Expositian, Inc., and for the uses of a Little League Baseball Dia.mon.d and
Playground for the Boys Club of Paris, Inc.
Passed and adopted this 14th da.y of September, A. D., 1959.
