yV'HEREAS, the City Gouncil ha.s since made different arrangeirients
with the Western Lands Holiday Inn Motel, which are as follows:
Tha.t the Western Lands Holida.y Inn Motel, in its request for water
and sewer service requested only a three inch (311) water line to servE: its
properties, and whereas, the City Council ha.s determined tha.t for pui-poses
of expansion it would be to the South Limi se of City
