RESOLUTION N0. 877
WHEREAS, there is a vacancy on the Traffic Conunission of
the City of Paris, and it has become necessary for the appoin.tment
of an additional member of the Traffic Comrnission: and,
NEEREAS, the R4ayor of the City of paris, Robert Glass, has
appointed Jim Ptoble Thompson, and submitted his name to the Gity
Council of the City of Paris to be approved and confirmed, NOW,
THEREFORE..
BE IT RESOLVID BY THE CITY COUIICIL OF THE CITY OF PARISi
TEXAS, That the appointment of Ji-m Noble Thompson, to serve as a
member of the Traffic Commission of the City oP Paris for a term
of three (3) years, beginning August l, 1959, be, and the same
is hereby approved and confirmed by the City Counc:Ll of the City
of Paris.
WHER.EAS, there is a vacancy on the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Paris, and it has become necessary for
the appointment of an additional member of the Planning and Zon-
ing Commission; and,
WHEftEAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris, Robert Glassr has
appointed Dr. John P. Price, and submitted his name to the City
Councsl of the City of Paris to be approved and confirmed; NOVr,
