RESOLUTION NO. 876
WHER.EAS, the City of Paris is engaged in reha.bi.litation of its
Camp Maxey 5ewer Plant and the contracts ha,ve been let for the rehabili_
tation of such Sewer Plant; and,
WHEREAS, the State Health Department and the Public Health
Service of the United Sta.tes ha.ve been requested by the City of Paris to
participate in the reha.bilitation of such Sewer Plant; and,
WHEREAS, there has been furnished to the City of Paris, Part A
of the Offer and Accepta.nce, wherein the aforesaid I?epartments offer to
participate in the approxima.te amount of $18, 959. 22, unde r the term:s and
conditions described in Part A of the Offer and Acceptance; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that it is to the a.d•-
vantage of the City of Paris to accept such offer; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the City Ma.nager, Clyde H. Emmons, be, and he is hereby
authorized and directed to execute for and on beha.lf of the City of Paris
said Offer and Acceptance on Project No. WPC-Tex.•104.
