On this the day of ~IL c _,-I , A. D. 1959, the City Council of
the City of Paris, exa.s, was cq6vened session at the City Hall
at Paris, Lamar County, Texas, with m. ers present.
Notion by Councilman Beard and seconded by Councilman Brown
that the P".ayor, Robe:rt Glass, be -iven authority to sign Ri;:~-ht-cf-Way Easement on
City of Paris, Texas, property for the purgose of al.lotiaing the Texas Poyyer & Light
Company to insta]1 one pole and one guy anchorage at or near the locations and along
the general course now lorated and staked out "by the said Conpany,over, across and
upon the following described lands located in Lamar County, `iel,as, to-wit:
Being a description of the Texas Power & Light Compan,yts Paris Distribution
ExLension to serve the Paris Rodeo Horse Club, Prcject 132, WA 24-1001, as now
surveyed and located on tlle propE;rty of t::e Cit,y of Paris, Texas. Said property
being a truct out of Ahstract 786 of the ReddinE Riissell Sarvey, Lamar County, Texas.
Beginning at a poi_nt i.n a property lir_e running easterly and westerly at Survey
Station 01-60, said property line being the South right-of-way line of Clement Road.,
said point being locatod 5561 more or less in an easterl.y direction from the Northiaest
corner of the above described property. hence in a southerly direc~ion far a
distance of 80' more or less to a Texas Power Light Company distribut-ion angle pole
ancl at.tached wy at Survey Station l+l.GO. Said guy 'uo extend 16, more or less in
the same southerly directi_on to a Texas Power ez La_nht Comgarjy s;lay anchorage. Sai.d
pole to be located 801 more or less in a souther7.y direction and 5651 more or less
in an easterly direction .from the Tdorthwest corner o_C the above described property.
