867 RES FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF PARIS REQUESTED FROM COP AN EASEMENT Aighk RESOLUTION N0. 867 9 WHEREAS9 The First National Bank of Pariss a national banking corpora- tiong with its principal place of business situated in the City of Parist Lamar Countyp Texasp has requested from the City of Pariss an easementl and does: pro- pose to erect a drive-in bank on the property known as the Plaza Building, at the intersection of the E. B. Line of lst Street, N. W. and the S. B. Line of West Houston Street; and, WHEREAS, under the banking regulations it is necessary to connect the drive-in bank with the original building of The First National Bank$ with an underground tube of from eight (8) to twelve (12) inches; and, WHEA£AS, The First National Bank of Paris has requested such easement from the City of Parist and that it would be necessary to have approximately a ten (10) foot working easement under said lst Street, N. PJ., along an area be- ginning on the E. B. Line of lst Streets N. W., about 75 feet from the S. B. Line of West Houston Street, and extending in a South Westerly direction to the East side of the present First National Sank Building; and, WHEREAS9 it is the opinion of the City Council of the City of Paris that it would be to the benefit of the City for the erection of such drive-in banking facilities; NOW, THEREFGBE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY GF PARIS, That the iMayor of the City of Parisp Robert Glasst be, and he is hereby authorized to execute a right of way easement, under lst Streetp N. W., extending from a point 75 feet South of the intersection of lst Street, N. W. and the South Boundary Line of West Houston Street and extending in a Southerly direction to the East side of the present First National Bank Building structures-4 to The First Natianal Bank of Paris.
