Actiny City iuianGyer, C. H. Ernrnons, be, and he is hereby authorized and di-
rected to enter into a contract with C. G. Thompscn and 1'd. E. Elkins for the
removal of said standpipe on the follovainy terms Und conditions:
1. ihat they remove the same witnout cost tc the City of
Paris.
2. That they furnish to the City of Paris liability
insurance coveriny damage to persons or property
while same is beiny removed.
3. That they furnish adequate cornpensation insurance for
those en,,layed in the dismantliny or said tUnk.
4. That said work is to be done solely and only by W. E.
Elkins.
Passed and adopted this 8th day of Apri1, A. D., 1959.
