847 RES PARIS TX INDUSTRIAL FOUNDATION HAS GIVEN NOTICE AND DESIRES TO EXERCISE ITS OPTION TO PURCHASE 30 ACRES. Ah Ak Ab Ak ~ RESOLUTION N;;. 847 WHEREA5, Paris Texas Industrial Founda.tion, Inc, has given notice in writing to the City of Paris and the City Clerk and Mayor of the City of Paris that it desires to exercise ita option to purchase 30 acres out of the land described in option agreement executed by the Mayor of the City of Paris duly authorized by resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of Faris under date of May 31, 1956, and has paid to the City of Paris the sum of $4, 500.00 as the purchase price for said land. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Paris sell said land to Paris Texas Industrial Foundation, Inc. for $4,5 00. 00 and that the Mayor of the City of Paris under the seal cf the City of Paris and attest by the City Clerk, execute and deliver to Paris Texas Industrial Foundation, Inc. a good and sufficient general warranty deed conveyin; to the Paris Texas Industrial Foundation, Inc, as the act and deed ci the City of Paris,a municipal corporation, said land described by metes and bounds as follows: Situa.ted about 1 mile N. 45° W. of the Plaza, Paris, Lamar County, Texas, a part of the Joseph Ames and the John Herrington Surveys, being a gart of that particular tract of land described in option to purchase by the Paris Texa.s Industrial Foundation, Inc. from the G3,ty of Paris, Texas, May 31, 1956, BEGINNING at the most Eastern N.
