WHEREAS9 P.lbert K. Steinheianer has heretofore resigned as City Manager
of the City of Paris, the same to be effective January 1, 1959; andv
WHEREAS, over the ppr iod of some three years that he has been employed
as City Manager of the City of Parisp he has earned in vacation pays under the
schedule of City Emplvyeess vacation time of forty-two (42) working days; ando
WHEREAS, due to deaths and resignations of department heads and the
press of businessl the said Albert K. Steinheiraer has been unable to use the
vacation time which he has properly earned,and still has unused, twenty-three
(23) working days* vacation timel or one calendar mc>nth of vacation time; NOW,
THEREFORE s
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CI?Y (X?UNCIL OF THE CITY OF PA13IS 9 That the City
Clerk be, and he is hereby authorized to pay to Albert K. Steinheimerg the sum
of Eight Hundred and No/100 ($800.00) Dollarsp representing the twenty-three
(23) working days• vacation which he has earned and which, due to the press of
businessp he has been unable to take.
