830 RES STATE INSURANCE COMMISSION OF ST OF TX RECOMMENDED CERTAIN CHANGES BE MADE•
RESOLUTION N0. 830 .

WHEREASO the State Insurance Commission of the State of Texas has
recemmended that certain changes be made in certain water lines in the City
of Paris; andp
WHEREAS, the matter has been investigated by a cotnmittee appointed
by the City Council of the City of Paris; NOt"19 THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Gr PARIS, That a
twelve inch (1211) water main be installed in 6th Street, S. E. and 6th
Street, N. E., from the twelve inch (1211) main in East Kavfman Street to the
twelve inch (12") main at Pine Bluff Street, instead of 8th Stxeetp S. E.
and 8th Street, N. E. as originally planned. That the City Manager be, and
he is hereby authorized and directed to complete said installation by City
Employees, and that the same be paid for from the Water Bond Fund of 1957.
That an eight inch (811) water main be installed in Sherman Streets from
3rd Street, S. E. to 4th Street, S. 1N.p by the City Forcess and the same to
be paid for from the Water Bond Fund of 1957.
