6'yHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy on the membership of the Planning
8 Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, because of the election of Nathan
Bell to the City Council of the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, it has been reco:nmended to the City Co;ancil that Ben R9drable
be appointed to the Planning & Loning Commission to fill the unexpired term
of Nathan Bell, ex;oiring December 31, 1958;,NOtiV, THE,=ti.FORE,
