• • RESOLUTION NC. 82? WHEREAS, the City of Paris owns Joseph's Hospital, to the South thereof, water standpipe for many years; and, tract of land immediately behind St. on which there has been located a WHEREAS, said water standpipe has been condemned for future use, and the same is to be torn down and removed from the land; and, WHEREAS, the City of Paris will have no future necessary use of such tract of land, and it is the opinion of the City Council that it would be to the best interests of the City of Paris to sell said land and have saici water standpipe removed to eliminate any future damages from defects in said stand- pipe; NOVJ, TI-IEREFORE, Bc IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CGUNCIL GF TI-IE CITY CF PARIS, That the City Manager, Albert K. Steinheimer, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids for the sale of such land, with the reservation that the City of Paris will be given a reasonable time in which to take bids for the re- moval anc dispasition of the standpipe now located on saidland, and the City Nanager is further authorized and directed tc advertise for bids for the sale and removal of the standpipe located on the aforesaid property, and that all of said bids be received at the next regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Paris, at the Council P.oom, in the City Hall, at 7:00 o'clock P.
