• • <br />RESOLUTION NC. 82? <br />WHEREAS, the City of Paris owns <br />Joseph's Hospital, to the South thereof, <br />water standpipe for many years; and, <br />tract of land immediately behind St. <br />on which there has been located a <br />WHEREAS, said water standpipe has been condemned for future use, and <br />the same is to be torn down and removed from the land; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Paris will have no future necessary use of such <br />tract of land, and it is the opinion of the City Council that it would be to <br />the best interests of the City of Paris to sell said land and have saici water <br />standpipe removed to eliminate any future damages from defects in said stand- <br />pipe; NOVJ, TI-IEREFORE, <br />Bc IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CGUNCIL GF TI-IE CITY CF PARIS, That the City <br />Manager, Albert K. Steinheimer, be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the sale of such land, with the reservation that the <br />City of Paris will be given a reasonable time in which to take bids for the re- <br />moval anc dispasition of the standpipe now located on saidland, and the City <br />Nanager is further authorized and directed tc advertise for bids for the sale <br />and removal of the standpipe located on the aforesaid property, and that all of <br />said bids be received at the next regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Paris, at the Council P.oom, in the City Hall, at 7:00 o'clock P. M.y <br />on November 10, 1958. <br />Passed and adopted this 13th day of Gctober, A.
