WHEREAS, M. D. Misso, of the City of Paris, has requested pernission
from the City Council of the City of Paris to erect an airport hangar on Cox
Field Airport, and has requested the City of Paris to enter into its nortnal
and usual contract regulating and governin9 such hangars, said lease to be
for a term of ten (10) years; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has examined the lease
proposed between the City of Paris and M. D. Misso, and found that the same
is in conformity with the lease policy for hangars on the Cox Field Airport;
NOW, THEFEFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OOLINCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the
