814 RES ON 25TH DAY OF MAY 1953 COP ENTERED INTO COX FIELD HANGAR LEASE•
RESOLU!'ION N0. 814 .
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of Nay, 1953, the City of Paris entered into
a Cox Field Hangar Lease with James E. Castleman, of Bogata, Texas, which
agreement was to extend for a period of ten years; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised by Stanley I. Pilgrim, of
Detroit, Texas, that he has purchased the interest of James E. Castleman in
and to the hangar located on the Cox Field Airport area; and,
WHEREAS, said transfer is satisfactory and agreeable to the City of
Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OOUNCIL OF TfE CITY OF PABIS, TEXAS, That
the transfer ef the lease dated May 25, 1953, between the City of Paris and
James E. CastlemaA, be, and the same is hereby approved.
