813 RES CITY COUNCIL HAS BEEN ADVISED BY ENGINEERING FIRM FORREST AND COTTON THAT IT HAS UNEXPENDED FROM FIRST PHASE• •
RESOLUTION N0. 813
iNHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has been advised by
the Engineering Firm of Forrest and Cotton that it now has unexpended from
the first phase of its Water and Sewer Improvement Program sufficient funds
to proceed with the rehabilitation and repair of the Sewage Treatment Plant
of the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Firm of Forrest and Cotton has recommended
that plans and specifications for said plant be started immediately; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that it is to the best
interests of the City of Paris that such be done; NOtN, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OpUA(CIL OF TE,'E CITY GF PARIS, That the
Engineering Firm of Forrest and Cotton be authorized and directed to proceed
with preparation of plans and specifications, and the necessary procedure for
the taking of bids for the repair and renovatien of the Sewage Treatanent
Plant of the City of Paris.
