City of Paris, have heretofore entered into a contract, known as Project
No. 803-1-58s to construct a twenty-four inch (241t) wuter line to the new
elevUted storGye tank; and,

countered by the contractor on the receipt of certain fittings from
Gifford-Hill AmericGn which were required on the job
period of said contract the soil was in such a conditiona becausetof he~vy
