WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has heretofore entered
into contract, Project No. 803-5-57, with Pittsburgh-Des Moines Steel
Compan}-, by which the Pittsburgh-Des 14oines Steel Company agreed to erect a
one mallion gGllon elevUted storage tank, Gccording to the terms of the con-
truct at specified time; ond)
WHEREsS, -there has been considerable difriculty due to the wet sprinD
and the buildiny site aeing a difficult location in zhich to vvork; undt
WHEREAS, the conzructor has used thirty-iive days more thGn the con-
truct provided, in cornpletion of the tank, Gnd an addi-Lional tGVenty days for
co;,lpletion of fences and odds and ends about said tank; and,
the Engineering rir;n of Forrest and Cotton has reco;nmended
that Fittsaurgh-D2s AIoines Steel Company be yranted an extensian of Fifty-five
