Paris on Octobex 29, 1929, provided for the appointment oi a Band Commission
by the IlLyor of the City of Faris, to be confirmed by the City Council of the
City of Paris, said Band Commission to be composed of three (3) members; andp
''dHEREr,S, there is not now any existing Band Commission in tne ,r,ity of
Paris, and pursuant to the aforesaid ordinance, it is necessary that the City
of Paris appoint a Band Commission; and,
