RESOLUTION N0. 803 .
WHEREr;S, the City of Paris has requested the Texas Power & Light
Company to install certain lighting facilities at the Picnic Ground at Lake
Crook, upon property belonging to the City of Paris; and,
14HERE,yS9 the Texas Fower & Light Company will rea,uire an easement to
install poles) guys, and other appurtenances to serve street lights required
to be placed on tnc LUke Crook :roperty belonging to the City of Paris; NOiJ,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY C-:U,1CIL Ur THE CITY viF Fr;RIS, That the
City MGnager be, and he is hereby authorized to enter into an Ggrecment vJith
the Texas 1'ower & Li;ht Company and to execute said easement ior the purpose
oi plGcing said poles, guys, and other installations in ccnnection with
serving the Lak2 Crook Property with electric lights.
