state of repair and in need of complete renovaticn and change; and,

issue the permit requested by E. T. Boyle, Jr.s because of the property having
been non-conforr,ung and a permit having been made to materially and structurally
alter, enlarge, or rebuild said building, and the said E. T. Boyle, Jr. appeal
to the City Council of the City of Paris for permission to reconstruct the pro-
pcsed building and to permi.t the non-conforming use aforesaid, and the City
Council, after due and proper hearing, is of the opinion that it aaill not render
more hazardous the area involvecl, but, on the other hands will be a beneficial

Council does hereby permit the construction of the proposed builciiny, and the

and the non-conforming use, Gbove referred to, is hereby aathorized dnd per,•nitted.
