C3_ty of Paris, Texas, property for the purpose of allowing the Texas Power 8- Light
Company to install two poles and two guy anchorages at or near the locations and along
the general course nrnr located and staked out b y said Company over, across and upon
the following described lands located in Lamar CountY, Texas, to wits
