792 RES COP PURCHASED FROM BURROUGHS CORPORATION A SENSIMATIC ACCOUNTING MACHINE• .
RESOLUTION N0. 792 .
WHEREAS, the City of Paris has purchased from the
Burroughs Corporation, a Sensimatic Accounting Machine, upon
which there is due the sum of 44,$09.90, which amount is now
due and owing; and,
WHEREAS, there is not provision made in the Budget
for the payment of such bill, and the City Manager has
recommended to the City Council of the City of Paris that
the eill be paid from the Contingent Fund provided in the
Budget for the year 1957-58; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the City Council of the City of Paris does accept
Lhe recommendation of the City Manager, Albert K. Steinheimer,
and approves and directs the payment of said bill for said
machine from the Contingent Fund shown in the Budget for the
year 1957-5$•
