780 RES CITY COUNCIL DETERMINED TO MAKE CERTAIN STREET IMPROVEMENTS. •

RESOLUTIO N NJ.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has heretofore de-
termined to make certain street improvements on some six blocks of streets
in North East and South West portions of Paris, Texas, under what is known
as Project No. 406-2-58; and,
WHEREfaS, the City Council did receive bids, after due and proper
notice, on February 10, 1958; and,
WKEREAS, the bids have now been calculated; and,
WHEREAS, the City Manager, Albert K. Steinheimer, has recommended
to the City Council of the City of Paris that the lowest and best bid for
said project is the bid of Roy L. Williamson, in the amount of $13,783.41;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COEJNCIL OF TI-IE CITY OF PARIS, That the
City Manager, Albert K. Steinheimer, be, and he is hereby authorized to
enter into a contract with Roy L. Williamscn for the completion of said
project upon his furnishing the proper and necessary performance bond.
