775 RES COP REQUESTED PIPE LINE LICENSE FROM GULF, ETC FOR LICENSE•

WHEREAS, the Gity of Paris has heretofore requested a pipe line
license from the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe RaiZway Company, for a license
to construct and use one (1) six inch (611) cast iron water pipe line
across the property and under the track of said Railway Company, at 14ile
Post 151 plus 3076.0 feet, in the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas; and,
1,11HEREAS, the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe Railway Cor.►pany has fur-
nished the City of Paris with its standard form, No. 1658, of Pipe Line
License; and,
VJHEREAS, there is attached to said Pipe Line License,Engineerts
Drawing of the location and requirements of said contract; IV01ri, THEREFORE,
BE IT ?2ESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCZL CF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the
Mayor of the City of Paris, James R. Gill, be, and he is hereby authorized
to enter into said Pipe Line License Agreement with the Gulf, Colorado and
Santa Fe Railway Company, for and on behalf of the City of Paris.
