UJHEREAS, the City of Paris has requested from the Gulf; Colorado
and Santa Fe Railway Gompany, a pipe line license to cross over the property
of and under the tracks of said Railway Company, with the following water
lines and at the following locations:
Gne (1) twenty inch (20") cast iron water pipe line acress
the property and under the track of the Railway Company,
at Mile Fost 152 plus 2087.5 feet.
Une (1) fourteen inch (1411) cast iron water pipe line
across the property and under the track of the Railway
Company, at Mile Post 151 plus 2331.6 feet.
One (1) parallel six inch (611) cast iron water pipe line
from Mile Post 152 plus 1039.2 feet to Nii3_-P ost 152 plus
1762.4 feet.
vne (1) twenty inch (20") parallel tivater pipe line from
Mile Post 152 plus 1762.4 feet to Male Post 152 plus
2018.9 feet.
all in the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas; and,
'NI-EREAS, the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe Railway Company has fur-
nished the City of Paris with its standard form, No. 1658, of Pipe Line
License, to which is attached Engineers* Drawings of the areas involved
above; NO'fd, THEI3EFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the
Mayor of the City of Paris, James R. Gill, be, and he is hereby authorized
to enter into said Pipe Line ya:cense Contract for and on behalf of the
City of Paris.
