VJHEr2-_AS, the City of Paris has for some months been engaged in a
1lfater and Sewer Improvement Program; and,
VdHEREAS, it has become necessary tio~meet the requirements of the
State Highway Department that tne existing Lu b•Jater line crossing unde:r
the proposed highway loop, immediately North of the City Limits of the
City of Paris, be lowered and encased; and,
UdHEREAS, the Engineering Firm of rorrest and Cotton has presented
plans and specificatiohflapproximatelyn275eieet;oand~id 20" cast
iron water main for a distance o
1^1HEREAS, it is now necessary to advertise for bids for such pro-
ject, the same being Project No. 802-9-57; NOVd, THERErORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY GF pARIS, That t,he
City Pdanager be, and he is hereay authorized and directed to advertise for
bids for said Project No. 802-9-57, to be received at 7:00 o'cloclc P. 1vl.,
in the City Council Room, in the City Ha11 of the City of Paris, Texas;,
on November 11, E:. D., 1957.
