WHEREAS, the City of Paris is engaged in a'tJater and Sewer Improveraent
and Extension Program; and,
~V:iEREAS, among the various items of the "+Vater and Sewer Irnprovement
Program is included a tvao million gallon ground storage tank for water; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering rirm of Forrest and Cotton has prepared and
presented to the City Council of the City of Paris, Project No. 802-10-57,
being the specifications and recommendations for a two million gallon ground
storage tanlc for water; and,
b'dHEREAS, the plans and specifications appear -to be in order and en-
titled to approval by the City Council of the City of Paris; N01'J, TI-EREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OOUNCIL Or THE CITY OF PARIS, That the
plans and specifications as presented by Forrest and Cotton be, and they are
hereby approved, and the City ;Aanager is hereby authorized and directed •to
advertise for bids for the furnishing of a ttivo million gallon ground storage
tank for dvater, according to the plans and specifications furnished by Forrest
and Cotton, said bids to be received at the City Council Room in the City of
Paris, at 5:00 o=clock P. 14., November 4, A. D., 1957.
