District Court of Lamar County, Texas, show an old judgment, dated Deceniber
12, 1924, of record in Volume 2, Page 537, of the tvLinutes of said Court,
wherein the City oi Paris obtained a judgment for $185.40, plus $50.00
attorney's fee, with 6% interest from date, for paving project; and,
UJHEREAS, the sarne has never been executed upon or abstracted of
record, but as such, does constitute a cloud on the title of property be-
longing to the widow of W. H. Thompson rvho is now deceased; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVEJ BY THE CITY C7JUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the
City P,lanager be, and he is hereby authorized to execute a release of said
judgment, to be furnished to the widow of VJ. H. Thompson.
