WHEREAS, the Texas Highway Department is in the process of building
Loop No. 286 around the North part of Paris; and,
IVHEREAS, the Highway Department requires the City to enter into a
joint acquisition of right of way contract; and,
~^JHEREAS, said contract has been presented to the City Council of
the City of Paris for its execution; and,
PJHERF.AS, it is to the advantage of the City to enter into such
contract; NGPJ, THEREFOPE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OJUNCIL OF Tt-E CITY OF PARIS, That tlze
ltlayor be, and he is hereby authorized for and on behalf of the City of
Paris to execute said proposed contract, being Texas Highway Department,
Fo rm D -15 -CS -1.
