WHEREAS, the City of Paris has requested Pipe Line Agreement cvith
The Texas and Pacific Railway Company, in order to lay a 12" cast irorz
water line under five Railway Company spurs at hlile Post A-91, Paris,
Texas; and,
WHEREf1S, in order to obtain permission to lay said line, it i;; re-
quired by the Railway Company that its standard form of Pipe Line Agreement
with Cities be entered into; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED 3Y THE CITY QOUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF PARIS, That the
Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into said Pipe Line Agreement with The
Texas and Pacific Railway Company.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of October, A. D., 1957.
