WHEREAS, an application has been mad ntw o#~~~ tC~ y Council of
the City of Paris for a right of way to lay~inch ~'2") gas line
on and across certain properties owned by the City of Paris, by the
Lone Star Gas Company, for the purpose of serving the Midwestern
Packing Company with gas; and,
WHFREAS, it is to the advantage of the City of Paris that
such line be layed for the benefit of said industry; NOW9 TI-EREFOF?E,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS,
That the City Manager of the City of Paris is hereby authorized and
directed to execute and deliver an easement to the Lone Star Gas
Company on and across the following described property:
Situated in the County of Lamar and State of Texas, and
being described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is 308 feet North of the
South East Corner of a 4.77 acre tract sold by the
City of Paris to Leon Mb sst on July 23, 1955, by
Ordinance No. 1352, and which point is also 3 feet
East of the E. B. Line of the Leon Nbss tract; Thence
North and parallel wi.th the E. B. Line of said Leon
Nbss tract, 169 feet to a point on the S. B. Line of
Clement Road.
Passed and adopted this 28th day of September, A. D., 1957.
