WHEREAS, H. C. Kenhemer has resigned from the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, there is now one vacancy on the Planning & Zoning Commission;
andg
WHEREAS, it has been recofnmended to the City Council that Del Morgano
be appointed to the Planning & Zoning Commission for three years, beginning
September 10, 1957; NOW, THEREFQRE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OOUAICIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXASO That
such appointment be, and the same is hereby raade and approved, in accordance
with the ordinances of the City of Paris.
IT IS FUR'THER RESOLVED that H. C. Kennemer be commended for his term
of long and faithful service on said Planning 8 Zoning Commis5ion, and that a
copy of this resalution be furnished to him by the City of Paris.
