~uHEREAS, the City of Paris has heretoiore been and is now engaqed in
the extension of its water and sewex lines; and,
WHL;-tEAS, tne City of Paris proposes to cross under ihe railway tracks
of the Texas and Idew C7rleans Railroad Company located on South ;;ain Street;
and,
!.'JHE~E;aS, the Engineering t=irn of Forrest and Cotton nas request:ed a
license from The Texas and iVew Crleans Railroad Company ror the City oi Paris
to cross under railway line on Soutn Main Street with a twelve inch (12")
vrater line; and,
'dJHLitcAS, the City oi" Faris has been furnished with an agreement: or
iicense petween the Texas and New Crleans ftailroad Company and the City rf
Paris permitting such action on the part cf the City of Paris; NGI^l, THF:REFORc,
