YUHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is heretofore
advertised bids for the paving oL curb and gutter on 30th Street N. W.
and llth Street N. VJ., being Project No. 406-8-57; and,
INHEREAS, said bids were received by the City Council of the City,
of Paris on the 12th day of August, 1957; and,
uJHEREAS, Roy L. Williamson submitted the lowest and best bid for,
said Project; NGW TI-ERErORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CGUNCIL that A. K. Steinheimer, the
City Manager, be, and he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with
Roy L. 4"Jilli ~nson contracting and agreeing to pay said Roy L. Williamson
the sum of~~,./ 2 Dollars for the construction of curb and gutter ,.L-
paving provlde For by Project No. 406-8-57.
