727 RES COP IS NOW ENGAGED IN LOCATION OF 24" WATER LINE• •
RESOLUTION 1V0. 727 .
4VHEREAS, the City of Paris is now engaged in the location of a
twenty-four inch (2411) water line crossing under the St. Louis-San Francisco
and Texas Railway Company's railway lines; and,
V'dHEREAS, the City of Paris is engaged in installing a fourteen inch
(14") water line crossing under the railway tracks of the St. Louis-San
Francisco and Texas Railway Company; and,
WHEREASp it is necessary to enter into Pipe Line Crossing Contract
with the St. Louis-San Francisco and Texas Railway Company with refererice to
the obtaining of the right to go under the railway tracks aforesaid; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Louis-San Francisco and Texas Railway Company has
furnished the City Council of the City of Paris its standard form of Pipe
Line Crossing Contract, dated July 9. 1957; NOW, TI-EREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the
Mayor of the City of Paris, James R. Gillt be, and he is hereby authorized
to enter into such contractv as furnished the City Council of the City of
Paris, and to execute the same for and on behalf of the City of Paris.
