E. (LOVers Lana) and Clarksville Street (u. S. riignway 271). Tnat the Ci-Ly of Paris will fua:nish water service from the above intersection to -L-1'ne above mentioned Site F at a rate and pressure to ue determined by the need of the prospective indusl,ry and to be limited by the arnount oi flow and pressure available at the aj'ore- said intersection.
