RESOLUTION NQ. 707
WHEREHS~ the Texas Highway Department, by and through its duly
authorized District Engineer, L. D. Cabaniss, has been in negotiation tivith
the City of Paris with reference to having certain water and sewer ins-talla-
tions done for the Texas Highway Department at its properties located on
ldorth Main Street; and,
V'+(I-iEREAS, said wcrk is fully described and the price to be paid
therefor are fully set out in a contract proposed to the City of Paris;;
and,
WHEREAS, it is to the besz interest of the City of Paris to
cooperate in the installation of such water and sewer item; NOW, THEREFGRE, ,
BE IT RESO LVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the
said contract be, in all things, approved, and the City iuanager is hereby
authorized and directed to enter into said contract for and on behalf of
the City of Paris and to proceed with the work as contracted for therein.
