706 RES CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZED CONSTRUCTION OF COX FIELD AIR TERMINAL FACILITIES• •
RESOLUTION N0. 706 0
VJHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has heretofore
authorized the construction of Cox Field Air Terminal facilities; and,
WHERLAS, such project has been designated No. 9-41-149-601; and,
'rVHEREAS, plans and specifications have been prepared by the
Architectural Firm of W. H. Lightfoot and Associates and have been sub-
mitted to and approved by the Civil Aeronautical Engineers of the United
States; and,
WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Paris has requested
authority to advertise and receive bids for the construction of said
project; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESO LVED BY THE CITY MUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That
said plans and specifications be approved as presented, and that the
City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids
for the construction of such project, said bids to be received at 1:30
P. M. on May 31, 1957t at the Council Room, in the City Hall, in the
City of Paris, Texas.
