705 RES CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZED CERTAIN WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENTS• •
RESOLUTION N0. 705 .
ItiHEREtiS, the City Council of the City of Paris has heretofore
authorized certain water and sewer improvements for the City of Paris;
andg
WHEREhS, the Engineering Firm of Forrest and Gottong of Dallas,
Texas, has furnished plans and specifications for Project No. 803-5-57
for an elevated storage tank; and)
WHEREAS, said plans and specifications have been presented to
the City Council of the City of Paris for their approval; and,
dVHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Parisp Texasp has re-
quested authority to advertise for bids for such project; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED EY TI-E CITY WUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That
said plans and specifications be, and they are hereby approvedp and the
City N~anager is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids for
the furnishing of such elevated storage tank as provided in said plans
and specifications, said bids to be received at 1:30 P. N., on idiay 31,
A. D.~ 1957, in the Council Room of the City Hall, in the City of Paris,
Texas.
