1dH'tREAS, the Charter of the City of Paris provides that the City of
Paris shall select a certified public accountant to make an annual audi_t of
the books of the City of Paris for the year ending June 30, 1957, at a time
not sooner than sixty days prior to June 30th each year nor less than thirty
days; and,
WMEREAS, no appointment has been made for such certified public;
accountant; andi,
WHEREAS, F. I. tuicClanahan, a certified public accountant in the
City of Paris, has made application therefor; P10W, TI-EREFORE,
BE IT RESUI:VED BY THE CITY CJJUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That F. I.
ivicClanahan, a certified public accountant, is hereby appointed and is
authorized and directed to make the annual audit of the City of Paris :For
the year endiny June 30, 19579 as required by the Charter of the City of
Pari s.
