RESOLUTION N0. 679 .

VdHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has
heretofore authorized the preparation and submission of
plans and specifications for the Air Terminal and
Improvements at Cox Field, being Project No. 9-41-149-601,
by the architect firm of Will H. Lightfoot, Architect, and
the City Engineering Department of the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, the plans and specifications have been
prepared and submitted to the City Council of the City of
Pari s; a.nd,
WHEREAS, the same have been exa.mined by the City
Manager and the City Council of the City of Paris; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the plans be for-
warded to the Civil Aeronautics Administration; NOW,
THE REFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the same are hereby approved, and the City
Manager of the City of Paris is hereby authorized and
directed to forward said pi3Ans and specifications to the
Civil Aeronautics Administratian for their approval, to be
returned to the City Council for further action at a later
date.
