678-A RES FORREST AND COTTON SUBMITTED PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS• i
RESOLUTION N0. 67$-A .
WHEREAS, the Engineering Firm of Forrest and Cotton,
who are the Engineering Representatives of the City of Paris
in its Water and Sewer Improvement Program, have submitted
plans and specifications on the 30't supply line from Lake
Crook to the Booster Station, North West of the City of
Paris; being Project No. $0,31-7 and have been submitted
by said Engineering Firm to the City Council of the City of
Paris; and,
_ -3 WHEREAS, the same have been examined by the City
Manager and the City Engineer of the City of Paris, and have
further been examined by the City Council of the City of
Paris; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the plans and specifications as submitted be
approvedy and that the City Manager beauathorized and in-
structed to advertise for bids on said project, the same to
be received at 7:00 o'clock P. M. in the Council Room of the
City of Paris on March 11, A. D., 1957•
