<br />gation into the use of water by the Paris Jur.ior College School
<br />District in its various schools and activities; and,

<br />sewer connections and appliances used by each and all of the
<br />schools in the City of Paris; and,
<br />it nas been rece,-.unendeci by the City i,Ianager of
<br />the City of Paris trat the Paris Junior Colln-,~',e School District
<br />pay the regular rates for a11 water used by its schools as shown
<br />by the varicus meters; and,
<br />':Jr=~itiAS, the City 'ianager and the City Engir.eer have made
<br />a careful check of all the sewage outlets and fixtures of the
<br />various schools in the City o~ Faris, a schedule oi which outlets
<br />and fixtures is attached hereto and marhed :~chedule I, and have
<br />deterinined that the sum ol ;60.15 is the correct amount to I ~De
<br />charged during the nine ~onths tha-u school is in session, and
<br />which charges are based on Schedule 3 oi Lhe Sewer Rates,
<br />effective vctober 1, 1951; anci,
