heretofore ordered the paving and improvement of 30th Street
1~. E. frorn the !`7orth Curb I,zne of Lamar Avenue to the South ~
Curb Line of East Cherry Street; and,
v.nIERLAS, plaizs and specifications for tne paving and
improvementsof said street have been prepared; and,
VuHLRLAS, the letting of bids for such improvements
has been properly advertised; and,
'tdHEi-~r;AS, Lamar Lquipment Company, Inc. was the lowest
and best bidder for such imnrovements, as heretofore de-
termined by the City Council; and,
uV_HEitEAS, the contract for such improvements has been
executed on the part of the bidder, Lamar Equipment Company,
Inc., and the City of Paris, and the performance bond has

PARIS, That the contract between the City of Paris and Lamar
