665 RES BY RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL ADOPTED ON 12TH DAY OF MARCH 1956 RAYBURN BELL IS REAPPOINTED AS MEMBER OF CIVIL SERVICE COMM•

WHEREAS, heretoiore, by resolution of the City Council
adopted on the 12th day of March, 1956, the following person
was re-appointed as a member of the Civil Service Commission
of the City of Paris to serve for the term indicated, to -wit:
Rayburn Bell, for a term to expire January 21, 1957; and,
'Writ:,REAS, the term of appointment of the said Rayburn
Bell will expire on JanuarST 21, 1957, which date is prior to
the next regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Paris; and,
'UdHERLAS, it is deemed advisable by the City Council,
in order to carry out the purposes and stipulations of the
City of Paris Ordinance No. 1164, that appointment for member-
ship on sucn Commission be made at this time for a three year
term, beginning January 1, 1957 and expiring December 31, 1959;

City of Paris.
