the Electrical Board of the City of Paris, in order to carry
out the provisions of Ordinance No. 1274 and other ordinances
dealing with and regulating electricity witnin the City of
Paris; and,

1958. That the City Council of the City os Paris expresses
its appreciation and gratitude to the above named persons for
their faithful services on the Llectrical Board of the City
of Paris prior to this time.
