• • RESOLUTION N0. 662 . WHEREAS, on the lOth day of December, A. D., 1956, the City Council of the City of Paris authorized the fisca:L agents, Rauscher, Pierce & Company,if1.00) Xin watero ceed to sell One Million Dollars ,000,000 and sewer improvement bonds; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the issuance of said bonds in the above ordinance; and, WHEREAS, it is necessary that the same be advertised in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the City Charter of the City of Paris by publication of notice in the Paris News, a newspaper published and of general cir- culation in the City of Paris, Texas; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That the fiscal agents, Rauscher, Pierce & Company be, and they are hereby authorized to proceed with the sale of' said bonds and to advertise as aforesaid for bids upon said bonds, said bids to be received at the City Hall in the Ci.ty of Paris by the City Council on January 1957, on or bef'ore $:00 ofclock P.
