RESOLUTION N0.
' WHEREAS, the City of Paris has proposed to construct
an eighteen inch (1$") water line along and near Center Street
at St. Louis-San Francisco and Texas Railway Company's Mile
Post 5$2 plus 31 poles plus 107 feet in Lamar County, Texas;
and,
WHEREAS, St. Louis-San Francisco and Texas Railway
Company has requested the City to enter into a Pipe Line
Crossing Contract; and,
WHEREAS, the St. Louis-San Francisco and Texas Ra:ilway
Company has presented to the City Council of the City of i?aris
the proposed Pipe Line Crossing Contract; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Paris exe-
cute said contract in order to construct said pipe line arld/or
water line; NOW, THEREFOfiE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, That the Mayor of the City of Paris be, and he is
hereby authorized to execute said proposed contract, and t;he
City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest the same.
