YJFEREA,S, the fiscal agent, Rauscher, Pierce & Company, Dallas,.
Texas, investment firm handling the issue and sale of the Paris Watex
& Sewer Rerenue Bonds, have submitted to the City Council of the City
of Paris a detailed plan contained in their letter of October 5, 1956,
together with official notice of sale exhibits; and,
WHEREAS, the same has been presented to the City Council of tYie
City of Paris and have been considered and discussed; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, That
the plan as outlined in the fiscal agent's letter of October 5, 1956
be approved, and the fiscal agent be and is hereby authorized and di-
rected to proceed as outlined in their said letter.
