640 RES CITY COUNCIL REQUESTED FORREST AND COTTON TO SUBMIT TO CITY COUNCIL ITS RECOMMENDED PROPOSAL• •
RESOLUTION N0.
WHEREl1S, heretofore, the City Council of the City of Paris has
requested the Engineering Firm of Forrest and Cottont of Dallasp Texas,
to submit to the City Council of the City of Paris its recommended pro-
posal on the schedule of the order of procedure to be followed and the
proposed additions to the Water and Sewer System of the City of Paris;
and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Firm of Forrest and Cotton, of Dallas$
Texass by its letter dated September 20, 1956 submitted its Schedule
No. I and Schedule No. II; and,
WHEREASs the schedule as submitted is substantially in line
with the schedule sUbmitted by Mr. T. Carr Forrest$ Jr. at a prior
Council Meeting; NONi, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY UF PARIS:
That the Schedules I and II as proposed by Forrest and Cottori
be, and they are hereby accepted and approved, and Forrest and Cotton
is hereby authorized and instructed to make plans and specifications
and do whatever acts or things necessary to carry through tocompletion
the items proposed in Schedule No. I. That the City ldanager of the
City of Paris is hereby authorized and directed to take the necessary
steps to carry through to completion the items proposed in Schedule II.
